Prerequisites
Access to the RocketPlan web portal.
Ensure that relevant project, loss, and claim information has been entered in the Project Loss Info section.
Ensure company details (name, logo, address, and email) are correctly filled in under the Profile section.
Steps to Create a Custom Report
1. Log in to the RocketPlan Web Portal
Use the same credentials as the RocketPlan mobile application.
2. Navigate to the RocketReports Tab
Click on the RocketReports tab.
Click the Generate Report button.
Select the Custom Report option.
3. Custom Report Page Overview
The Custom Report page is divided into two sections:
Right-Hand Side (Report Body):
Used for typing free text and pasting content.
Offers a range of formatting tools for customization.
By default, the following company details appear at the top:
Company Name
Logo
Address
Email Address
If this information is missing, update it by:
Clicking the initials icon in the top-right corner.
Selecting Edit under the Company Account section.
This can be done on both the web portal and mobile app.
Left-Hand Side (Key Project Information):
Provides quick access to essential project details, including:
Project Information
Loss and Claim Info
Company Information
Photos
To insert data:
Click on the required input.
The information will be inserted at the cursor’s location in the report.
4. Capturing and Inserting Project Information
Enter property loss and claim information in the Project Loss Info section (via mobile app or web portal).
If a field is left blank, it will not be selectable in the Custom Report.
All photos captured within RocketScan will be available for selection.
The Photo Section maintains the same structure as RocketScan (organized by unit, room, and albums).
5. Finalizing the Report
Once the report is completed, click the Save button.
This action will return you to the RocketReports tab.
6. Sharing and Editing Options
After saving the report, you have the following options:
Email the report directly from the RocketPlan platform.
Download the report as a PDF.
Reopen and edit the report as needed.
How to Generate a Custom Report
1. Click "Projects"
2. Click here.
3. Click "RocketReports"
4. Click "Generate Report"
5. Click "Custom Report"
6. Click "Claim ID:"
7. Click "Project Number"
8. Press [[ctrl]] + [[z]]
9. Click the "Report Title" field.
10. Type "Inspection Report"
11. Click "Generate Report"
12. Click this icon.
13. Click here.
