1. Documenting Damages in the RocketPlan Mobile App
Open the RocketPlan App:
Launch the app on your mobile device.
Select the Desired Project:
From the project list, choose the project you wish to assess.
Access the RocketScan Folder:
Within the selected project, tap on the RocketScan folder.
Record Damages:
Navigate to the specific room where damages are present.
Switch to the Damages tab located at the top right.
Tap the Add Damages button.
Select the appropriate category and damaged materials.
To add a custom material, use the provided option to input the new material name.
2. Creating a Scope of Work in the RocketPlan Web App
Access the RocketPlan Web App:
On your computer, open a web browser and navigate to the RocketPlan web application.
Sign in using the same credentials as the mobile app.
Generate a Report:
Within the project, open the RocketReports folder.
Click the Generate Report button.
Select the Photo Report option.
By default, damaged materials are included in the report. Adjust inclusion settings as needed.
Download and Edit the Report:
After generation, download the report.
The report will display information in the property structure created within RocketScan, with photos and notes first, followed by damaged materials.
Edit the PDF to add quantities, units of measurement, and actions carried out by your crew.
Finalize the Report:
Once edits are complete, re-download the report, ensuring to include the recent changes.
The finalized report can then be sent to adjusters, clients, property managers, or for internal use.
Additional Notes:
Ensure all recorded information is accurate and comprehensive to facilitate effective communication and project management.
Regularly update both mobile and web applications to access the latest features and improvements.
