RocketCRM has the ability to push opportunities and contacts to Quickbooks when they are moved to a certain stage in the opportunity pipeline. This integration will only create customers and invoices in Quickbooks and will not interfere with any existing customers, invoices, or anything else in Quickbooks. Here's a video if you'd rather watch, it contains the same content as this guide.

  1. Navigate to RocketConfig in your account and click the "Connect to Quickbooks" button.

  2. You will be prompted to log into Quickbooks and grant the RocketCRM app permission to access Quickbooks.

  3. Once access has been granted, you will be redirected back to RocketConfig and will be asked to configure a pipeline and stages. This is the pipeline and stage that will trigger the customer and opportunity to be created in quickbooks. When the payment is complete, the opportunity will be moved into the payment complete stage that is configured here.

  4. Once saved, you will see it.

  5. Move an opportunity into the stage you've configured, in our example, we've moved Willis Ross to "Estimated // Billing"

  6. Open Quickbooks and confirm the customer has been created. You can see this customer has an open balance as they have an invoice.

  7. You can see the invoice in Quickbooks as well. Lets receive a payment for that Invoice.

  8. Now you can see the opportunity has been moved to "Complete" as per our configuration.

  9. The Quickbooks Activity log in RocketConfig will show a complete Audit trail.

  10. If you want to uninstall the app, you can find it in Quickbooks under Apps.
