Send Tuesday morning text campaigns

TMT flow

The Tuesday morning text flow requires that you add users to the workflow to send the text.

Set the trivia question in the workflow you’re going to send for the week. Navigate to Automation->TMT->MF-TMT out, and select that workflow.

Select the TMT out workflow and edit the SMS - Trivia Question

Change the trivia question to what you would like to ask this week.

Navigate to the SMS - Winners action and edit the answer to the trivia question you’ve asked in the earlier text.

Save your updated trivia questions

Add the users you want to receive the TMT text. Navigate to the “TMT enrolled” smart list, and select all users. The checkbox at the top of the list will select all users.

When you select that checkbox, you will be prompted to select all users.

Once you have selected all users, add them to the TMT out automation that was edited, MF-TMT out

Give the action a name, and hit “Add to Automation”

Once these users have been added to the automation, they will sit in the queue for the automation until Tuesday morning, and the text will be sent. If you want to see all of the users that are enrolled in the TMT, you can navigate to automation, and click on the “total enrolled”.

This will give you a list of all users that are waiting in the queue.

If you wish to remove a user that’s in the queue, you can select the rightmost icon as indicated above.

If you want to remove a user from future TMT messages, navigate to the contact and check “false” in the Enrolled in TMT option. This will remove them from the “TMT enrolled” smartlist.

  1. As users reply to the TMT, tasks will be created with all of the answers. Under contacts, go to tasks. Filter for all of the titles that contain “TMT Answer”

  2. The created at time in the task will show you the contacts that responded to your TMT campaign.

  3. The automation will text everyone who was added to the campaign at 1pm. You can text the winners of the campaign that they’ve won from the CRM. If you would like to add some FOMO to your campaign, you can edit #4 in your campaign before 1pm and include the names of the winners. A little healthy competition will help your engagement.

  4. Delete all of the TMT Answers from the previous week when you’re done.
