1. Accessing the Calendar Section
Open the RocketCRM mobile app.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see seven icons representing different sections.
Tap the Calendar icon (third icon from the right) to enter the Calendar section.
2. Creating a New Appointment
In the Calendar view, tap the purple plus (+) icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
You will see two options:
Block Time
Schedule Appointment
3. Option A: Block Time
Select Block Time if you want to reserve a specific time slot for yourself or someone else without linking it to a specific lead or contact.
Choose the date, time, and duration for the block.
Add a title or description if necessary.
Tap Save to confirm.
4. Option B: Schedule Appointment
Tap Schedule Appointment.
Select the lead or person you want to book the appointment with.
Choose the appropriate calendar type (e.g., meeting, consultation).
Select the correct time zone for the appointment.
Time Options:
Standard Mode:
This requires that a predefined time slot be available for booking.
If no slots are available, switch to Custom mode.
Custom Mode:
Choose the exact date and time manually.
This option allows more flexibility when no standard time slots are available.
Enter a title for the appointment.
Optionally, add a description to provide more context.
Tap Save or Schedule to finalize the appointment.
Notes
Make sure your time zone is correctly set to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Use Custom Mode if no standard slots match your availability.
Blocked time will prevent double-booking but is not tied to a lead or client.
