1. Accessing the Calendar Section
Open the RocketCRM mobile app.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see seven icons representing different sections.
Tap the Calendar icon (third icon from the right) to enter the Calendar section.
2. Navigating the Calendar Filters
At the top of the Calendar screen, tap on the name of the currently selected user to open calendar filter options.
You will see three tabs: Users, Calendars, and Groups.
a. Users Tab:
Tap Users to view a list of team members.
Select the user whose calendar you want to view.
The calendar will update to show that user's schedule.
b. Calendars Tab:
Tap Calendars to choose the type of calendar you want to view (e.g., Meetings, Tasks, Appointments).
Select one or more calendar types to customize your calendar view.
c. Groups Tab:
Tap Groups to view calendars by team or department groups.
Select the desired group to see a combined view of all group members' calendars.
Notes
Only users with the appropriate permissions can view other users’ or groups’ calendars.
Use the filters to efficiently manage schedules across individuals and teams.
The calendar view updates in real-time to reflect changes in appointments or availability.
