Referrals in RocketCRM

1. Accessing Referral Tracking:

  • Navigate to the bottom left corner of RocketCRM.

  • Click on the "Referral Tracking" section.

  • Open the referral form to enter new referral details.

2. Adding a New Lead:

  • Create a new lead. For example:

    • Contact Name: Jack Chased (New Lead)

    • Referred By: Marcus Moss (New Referral Partner)

  • If the referral partner is new:

    • Add a new referral partner: Marcus Moss.

    • If the company does not exist in the system, add a new company:

      • Company Name: Moss Plumbing.

      • Enter other company details (Address, Phone, Industry, etc.).

  • Fill in the cause of damage (e.g., Water Damage).

  • Create the new contact.

3. Viewing the New Lead:

  • Once the new contact and referring partner are created:

    • Go to the "Contacts" section on the left-hand side.

    • Locate the new lead.

    • Navigate to the "Opportunities" section where the lead appears as a new opportunity.

4. Updating the Opportunity:

  • Click on the new opportunity.

  • Update the opportunity details, for example:

    • Estimated Loss: $8,000.

  • The status of the opportunity determines the referral fee.

5. Managing Referral Fees:

  • Navigate to the "Referral Tracking Tool" section.

  • Click on the "Report" button at the top.

  • Select:

    • Referral Partner.

    • Source.

    • Referral Contact.

    • Referral Price.

  • If the referral fee has been paid:

    • Mark it as paid.

    • It will appear green on the dashboard.

  • If unpaid:

    • It will appear red on the dashboard.

6. Finalizing the Opportunity (Job Status Change):

  • When the opportunity status changes to "Sold":

    • Return to the "Referral Tracking Tool."

    • Click on the "Dashboard."

  • The dashboard displays:

    • All job opportunities.

    • Associated amounts.

    • Companies and partners contributing the highest value referrals.

2. Click the "First Name" field.

3. Type "Jack [[tab]] Chase [[tab]] [[tab]] 406-685-6093 [[tab]] [email protected]"

4. Click "+"

5. Click the "First Name" field.

6. Click "+"

7. Click the "Name" field.

8. Type "Moss Plumbing"

9. Click "Create New Company"

10. Select the "Plumber" option.

11. Click "Create Referral Partner"

12. Select the "Water" option.

13. Click "Create Lead Contact"

14. Click "Contacts"

15. Click here.

16. Click "Opportunities"

17. Click "Opportunity Source: marcus moss - Moss PlumbingOpportunity Value: $8,000.00"

18. Click the "Please Input" field.

19. Click "Update"

20. Click "[QA] Referral Tracking"

21. Click "REPORT"

22. Click this icon.

23. Click this icon.

24. Click here.

25. Click "Opportunities"

26. Click "DASHBOARD"

27. Click here.

28. Click "Opportunities"
