Step 1: Accessing RocketScan
Open the RocketPlan app.
Navigate to the project you want to work on.
Open the RocketScan folder.
Step 2: Choosing a Project Type
Upon opening RocketScan, you will be prompted to choose a project type.
Each project type provides specific locations to help speed up the process.
Example: Selecting Multi-Unit will provide predefined location categories.
Step 3: Creating a Unit
Inside the RocketScan folder, create a unit.
Select the floor for the unit.
Name the unit appropriately.
Once the unit is created, you can start adding rooms.
Step 4: Adding Rooms
Select the type of room you want to add.
Assign a name to the room.
Repeat for all required rooms.
Step 5: Capturing Photos
When capturing a photo, choose the album to store the photo.
If using a Flir One camera, toggle across to access the integrated IR camera feature.
Review captured photos and delete any unwanted ones.
Step 6: Adding Notes and Descriptions
Use the notes feature to add descriptions for captured photos.
Ensure that notes are clear and relevant to the project.
Step 7: Completing the Process
Confirm that all required photos and notes have been added.
Your first project has now been successfully created with uploaded photos and notes.
