Introduction
Collecting payments such as deductibles, deposits, and full balances at the time of service is essential for maintaining a healthy cash flow in your practice. Implementing efficient payment collection strategies ensures that funds are promptly deposited into your bank account, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing financial stability.
Activation
To activate your account, go to the RocketPlan WebPortal and open the "RocketPay" folder on the left hand side. Once open, go ahead and fill out your company information. Once submitted the review process can take up to 24 hours to be approved.
Payment
Once approved the "Payments" folder will become available on the RocketPlan mobile app. From there you can process customer payments either directly within the app or by sending the customer a payment link. All transactions will be recorded and displayed on the RocketPlan WebPortal.
