Update User Profile in CRM

Accessing RocketCRM:

  • Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using your preferred web browser.

  • Log in with your credentials.

  1. Navigating to Profile Settings:

    • Locate the left-side menu panel.

    • Scroll to the bottom and select the Settings section.

    • Click on My Profile to open the profile settings page.

  2. Updating Profile Information:

    • Fill in or update the necessary profile details, including:

      • First Name

      • Last Name

      • Email

      • Phone Number

      • Any other required fields

  3. Configuring Calendar Settings:

    • Scroll down to the Calendar Settings section.

    • Click on Add New to integrate your calendars.

    • This action will connect your calendar, video conferencing, and user availability settings to your profile.

  4. Saving Changes:

    • After updating your information, click the Update button.

    • Your profile will now be successfully updated.

Completion:

Once the update is saved, your profile is now configured with the latest information and calendar settings.


Notes:

  • Ensure all entered details are accurate before clicking Update.

  1. Enter your "Email *"

  1. Enter your "Phone"

  1. Click "Add New"

  1. Connect your "Calendars"

  1. Connect your "Video Conferencing"

  1. Enter your "User Availability"

  1. Click "Update".
