Accessing RocketCRM:
Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using your preferred web browser.
Log in with your credentials.
Navigating to Profile Settings:
Locate the left-side menu panel.
Scroll to the bottom and select the Settings section.
Click on My Profile to open the profile settings page.
Updating Profile Information:
Fill in or update the necessary profile details, including:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Any other required fields
Configuring Calendar Settings:
Scroll down to the Calendar Settings section.
Click on Add New to integrate your calendars.
This action will connect your calendar, video conferencing, and user availability settings to your profile.
Saving Changes:
After updating your information, click the Update button.
Your profile will now be successfully updated.
Completion:
Once the update is saved, your profile is now configured with the latest information and calendar settings.
Notes:
Ensure all entered details are accurate before clicking Update.
