Accessing RocketCRM:
Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.
Log in with your credentials.
Navigating to Reputation Settings:
Locate the left-side menu panel.
Click on Reputation.
Click on Settings at the top of the page.
Configuring Review Link:
Click on Review Link under the Review AI section.
Select where you want the reviews to be linked.
Setting Up SMS Review Requests:
Click on SMS Review Requests under the Review AI section.
Turn on SMS Requests at the top right.
Customize the SMS message request.
Set the request behavior.
Click Save.
Setting Up Email Review Requests:
Go back to the Review AI section.
Click on Email Review Requests.
Turn on Email Requests at the top right corner.
Customize the email messaging.
Click Save.
Creating a Review QR Code:
Go back to the Review AI section.
Click on Reviews QR for creating a request QR code.
Click on the Create QR Code button at the top right corner.
Sending Review Requests:
Click on Reviews or Requests at the top of the page.
Click the Send Review Request button at the top right corner.
Choose the recipient(s) and the mode of request (SMS, Email, or QR code).
Click Send.
Sending Requests from Contacts:
Click on Contacts on the left-side menu.
Select the contacts by clicking the checkboxes.
Click the Star icon.
Click OK, Proceed.
Completion:
Once all steps are completed, the review requests will be successfully sent to customers.
Click "Reputation"
Click "Settings"
Click here.
Select where you want the reviews to be linked.
Click here.
Turn on SMS
Customize the SMS message request.
Set the request behavior.
Click Save.
Click here.
Turn on email requests.
Customize the email messaging.
Click Save.
Create a request QR Code.
Click here.
To Send Review Requests.
Click "Reviews" or "Requests"
Click "Send Review Request"
Choose who to send the request to.
Click Send.
Click "Contacts"
Click this checkbox.
Choose which contact(s) to send the request to then click the "Star" Icon.
Click Ok, proceed.
