How to Merge/Delete Contacts in RocketCRM

Merging Contacts:

  1. Access RocketCRM:

    • Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.

    • Log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigating to Contacts:

    • Locate the left-side menu panel.

    • Click on Contacts.

  3. Selecting Contacts to Merge:

    • Select the contact(s) you want to merge.

    • Click on the Merge icon at the top.

  4. Choosing Merge Details:

    • Select the specific information to be merged.

    • Click the Merged Contacts button to confirm.


Deleting Contacts:

  1. Selecting Contacts to Delete:

    • Select the contact(s) you want to delete.

    • Click on the Delete Contact icon at the top.

  2. Confirming Deletion:

    • Type "DELETE" (case-sensitive) in the text field.

    • Click Delete.

    • Close the small confirmation page.

Completion:

Once all steps are completed, the selected contacts will be successfully merged or deleted in RocketCRM.


Notes:

  • Ensure that the correct contacts are selected before merging or deleting.

  • Merged contacts cannot be unmerged.

  • Deleted contacts cannot be recovered.

  1. Select the contact(s)

  1. Click this button.

  1. Choose what information will be merged.

  1. Click here.

To Delete Contacts

  1. Select the contact(s).

  1. Click this icon.

  1. Click this text field.

  1. Type "DELETE" (case sensitive)

  2. Click "Delete"

  1. Click this icon.
