Steps to Create a New Workflow

  1. Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company.

  2. On the left sidebar, click on Automation.

  3. Click the Create Workflow button at the top right corner.

  4. Select Start from Scratch.

  5. Click Add New Trigger and choose the condition that will trigger the automation.

  6. Click the "+" sign to add an action (what you want the automation to do).

  7. Select the desired action for the workflow.

  8. Click Publish to activate the workflow.

  9. Rename the workflow for easy identification.

  10. Click Save to finalize the setup.

  1. Click "Automation"

  1. Click "Create Workflow"

  1. Click "Start from Scratch"

  1. Click "Add New Trigger"

  1. Select what you want to trigger the automation to run.

  1. Click this icon to add an action (what you want the automation to do).

  1. Select the action.

  1. Click to "Publish"

  1. Rename your automation.

  1. Click "Save"
