Adjust Your Notification Settings in CRM System

Accessing RocketCRM:

  • Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.

  • Log in with your credentials.

  1. Navigating to Notification Settings:

    • Locate the left-side menu panel.

    • Scroll to the bottom and select the Settings section.

    • Click on My Profile to open the profile settings page.

    • At the top of the page, click on Notification to access the notification settings.

  2. Updating Notification Preferences:

    • Review the available notification options.

    • Check or uncheck the desired options based on how you want to receive each notification.

  3. Saving Changes:

    • Once you have updated your preferences, click the Save button to apply the changes.

Completion:

Your notification preferences are now updated and customized as per your requirements.


Notes:

  • Ensure you review all notification settings carefully to avoid missing critical updates.




  1. Click "Settings"

  1. Click "My Profile"

  1. Click "Notifications"

  1. Check and/or Uncheck the the way you want to receive each notification.

  1. Click Save.
