Step 1: Access RocketCRM Portal
Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company.
Locate the Settings section on the left-side menu (bottom of the list) and click on it.
Step 2: Navigate to My Staff Section
In the Settings section, select My Staff at the top left.
Click on the Add Employee button located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter Employee Information
Fill in the required details for the new employee:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Other relevant profile details as required.
Once all information is entered, click Next or proceed to the Roles & Permissions section from the left menu.
Step 4: Assign Roles and Permissions
Select the User Role for the employee (e.g., Admin, Manager, User, etc.).
Choose the Data Visibility Scope to define the level of data access for the employee.
Adjust permissions based on the role:
If assigning an Admin role with full access, scroll down and enable all permissions.
For other roles, selectively enable permissions according to their job responsibilities.
After configuring permissions, click Save to finalize the staff addition.
Step 5: Verification
Confirm that the new employee appears in the My Staff list.
Ensure the employee has received their login credentials via email.
Test the login and permissions to verify proper access settings.
Click "Settings"
Click "My Staff"
Click "Add Employee"
Enter the "First Name"
Enter the "Last Name"
Enter the "Email"
Enter the "Phone"
Click "Next" or "Roles & Permissions"
Choose the "User Role"
Choose the "Data Visibility Scope"
Scroll down to the "Account Settings" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Account Tools" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Automation" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Blogs" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Calendars" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Certificates" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Communities" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Contacts" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Conversations" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Dashboard" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Funnels" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Integrations" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Marketing" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Medias" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Memberships" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Opportunities" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Payments" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "Reputations" select the permissions.
Scroll down to the "WordPress" select the permissions.
Click "Save".
