Two-Way Email Syncing

  1. Accessing RocketCRM:

    • Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.

    • Log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigating to Email Sync Settings:

    • Locate the left-side menu panel.

    • Scroll to the bottom and select the Settings section.

    • Click on My Profile to open your profile settings.

  3. Choosing an Email Provider:

    • On the right side of the My Profile page, find the Email Provider section.

    • Click on the email provider you want to use.

  4. Connecting Your Email Account:

    • Click the Connect button.

    • Select the email account you want to sync.

    • Click Continue to complete the integration process.

Completion:

Once all steps are completed, your email account will be successfully synced with RocketCRM for two-way email communication.

  1. Click "Settings"

  1. Click "My Profile"

  1. Choose the email provider.

  1. Click "Connect"

  1. Click the account to be connected.

  1. Click continue.

  1. Click "Continue"
