Accessing RocketCRM:
Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.
Log in with your credentials.
Navigating to Calendars:
Locate the left-side menu panel.
Click on Calendars.
Creating a New Appointment:
Click on the New button at the top right.
A new page will open where you need to enter appointment details.
Filling in Appointment Details:
Enter the Title of the appointment.
Select the Team Member who will be attending the appointment.
Choose the Time for the appointment.
Confirming the Appointment:
Once all details are correctly filled, click on Book Appointment to finalize the scheduling.
Completion:
Once all steps are completed, the appointment will be successfully booked in RocketCRM.
Navigate to the Calendar.
Click "+ New".
Choose which calendar to book the appointment.
Title the appointment.
Select the team member.
Click the "Select Time" field.
Click here.
Click "Book Appointment"
