Accessing RocketCRM:
Open the RocketCRM web portal for your company using a web browser.
Log in with your credentials.
Navigating to Calendar Settings:
Locate the left-side menu panel.
Click on Calendars.
Click on Calendar Settings at the top of the page.
Creating a New Calendar:
On the Calendar Settings page, click on the Create Calendar button at the top right.
A small window will appear; click on Explore More Types at the bottom left.
Select Service Booking as the calendar type.
Filling in Calendar Details:
Enter the Title of the service being booked.
Select the Staff Member(s) who will use this calendar.
Create a URL Quick Link for easy access.
Set the Duration and Availability of the service booking.
Click Confirm to finalize the calendar setup.
Completion:
Once all steps are completed, the service booking calendar will be successfully created in RocketCRM and ready for scheduling appointments.
Click "Calendars"
Click "Calendar Settings"
Click "Create Calendar"
Click here.
Click "Service Booking"
Title the Service Being Booked.
Click here.
Select the staff member(s) that will use this calendar.
Create a URL quick link.
Set the duration and availability.
Click "Confirm"
Click "Close"
