How to Create a Sub-Account in CRM

From the Agency Dashboard

  1. Click "Sub-Accounts" in the left hand menu.

  2. Click "Create Sub-Account" at the top right corner.

  3. Click "Select From Scratch"

  4. Click "Add account manually"

Manual Account Information

  1. Add in all of the required company information.

  2. Once all required information is entered click "Save".

Account Setup

Forms

  1. Navigate to the Blue Ocean sub-account.

  2. Click "Sites" in the left hand menu.

  3. Click "Forms" in the top horizontal menu.

  4. Scroll down to the "New Leads" form.

  5. Click on the hamburger menu.

  6. Click "Share"

  7. Select the "Sub-Account".

  8. Scroll down to "New Referral" form.

  9. Repeat steps 5-7.

Custom Links

  1. Click the "New Leads" hamburger menu.

  2. Click "Preview".

  3. Navigate to the previewed page.

  4. Copy the URL.

  5. Navigate to "Agency View" from the left hand dropdown.

  6. Select "Settings" bottom left hand menu.

  7. Select "Custom Menu Links"

  8. Click "Create New"

  9. Select the "user-edit" icon.

  10. Type "New Lead" in the title box.

  11. Paste the preview page link in the URL space.

  12. Scroll to "When Clicked" make sure the iFrame option is selected.

  13. Scroll to "Sidebar Preferences" make sure only sub-account is checked.

  14. Click "Select Accounts" make sure the newly created sub-account is selected.

  15. Click "Role-Based Visibility" make sure "All" is selected.

  16. Nothing should be turned on in the "Permissions" section.

  17. Repeat steps 2-16 for "New Referrals" but use the "wrench" icon. and title it "New Referrals".
