Welcome to the Rocket CRM onboarding guide! This document will help you set up and utilize the two-way email connect feature to ensure seamless communication with your clients and colleagues.

Step 1: Access Your Rocket CRM Account

1. Open your preferred web browser.

2. Navigate to the Rocket CRM login page.

3. Enter your credentials (username and password).

4. Click on the "Login" button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to My Profile

1. Once logged in, locate the "Settings" icon usually found in the sidebar.

2. Click on "Settings" to open the settings menu.

3. Select "My Profile" from the menu options.

Step 3: Connect Your Email Account

1. In the my profile section, look for the option to do a two way connect.

2. Choose your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) from the list.

3. Follow the prompts, which typically include:

- Authorizing Rocket CRM to access your email account.

- Granting permission for two-way email sync.

4. Complete the authentication process by entering your email credentials when prompted.

Step 4: Configure Email Sync Settings

1. Once your email account is connected, configure your sync settings:

- Choose the frequency of email synchronization (real-time, hourly, daily).

- Select folders to sync (inbox, sent items, etc.).

- Set preferences for tracking email replies.

Step 5: Test the Email Integration

1. Send a test email from your connected email account to your Rocket CRM account.

2. Check if the email appears in your CRM.

3. Reply to the email from your Rocket CRM and verify that it sends successfully and appears in your email inbox.

Step 6: Utilize Two-Way Email Functionality

1. Start using the two-way email feature to communicate with clients:

- Track conversations in Rocket CRM.

- Use templates for common responses.

- Log interactions automatically.

Step 7: Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. If emails are not syncing:

- Double-check your email connection settings.

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

2. For permission issues:

- Revisit the authorization steps and ensure all permissions are granted.
