Step 1: Setting Up the Scope of Work
1. Accessing Rocket Scope
Rocket Scope is available to all paid RocketPlan users.
Open the RocketPlan web portal and sign in.
On the left-hand side, click on the Rocket Scope section.
The Rocket Scope page will open.
2. Understanding Default Tabs
By default, five tabs are available:
CAT1
CAT2
CAT3
Bathroom
Kitchen
These tabs are customizable.
3. Customizing Scope of Work
Users can:
Add new tabs.
Add or remove line items.
Adjust labor rates.
Add notes.
Create an entirely new scope sheet if needed.
4. Editing the Scope Sheet
Click the edit icon in the top-left corner.
Select the desired action:
Add a new line item.
Remove an existing line item.
Click the save icon in the top-right corner to save changes.
5. Downloading and Uploading Scope Sheets
Downloading Options:
Download as an Excel file.
Download as a template.
Uploading a New Scope Sheet:
Click Upload Scope Sheet at the top-left corner.
Select a file from your computer.
Click Upload Scope.
Make any necessary modifications after upload.
Step 2: Using the Scope of Work
1. Adding a Scope Sheet to a Project
In the web portal, navigate to the Projects section.
Select the desired project.
Go to the Scope of Work section.
Click the Add button.
2. Selecting a Scope Sheet
A list of available scope sheets will appear.
Select the category you want.
Expand the category to view subcategories.
Choose the necessary line items and input the quantities
Click the Save button.
3. Using the Scope of Work on Mobile App
The same process can be performed using the RocketPlan mobile app.
Navigate to the Scope of Work section within a project.
Select and apply scope sheets as needed.
Scope Of Work
1. Click "Rocket Scope"
2. Click this icon to edit.
3. Click "+ Add Tab"
4. Click the "New Category Name" field.
5. Click "Add Category"
6. Click edit button to add or remove a row
7. Click any row
8. Click here to add a row
9. Click this icon to remove a row
10. Click this icon to save.
11. Click "Upload Scope Sheet"
12. Click "Choose File"
13. Click here.
14. Click "Projects"
15. Click "Projects" for using a Scope of Work
16. Click here.
17. Click "Add"
18. Click "CAT 1"
19. Click "Extraction"
20. Click this icon.
21. Double-click the "0" field.
22. Click "Save"
23. Click "Done"
