Inviting Team Members and Adding Them to Projects in RocketPlan
Inviting Team Members
Open the People Section:
Open the RocketPlan app on your device.
On the home screen, navigate to the People button in the bottom right corner of the navigation bar.
View Existing Team Members:
In the Employee section, all existing team members can be found under the Employees tab.
Invite New Team Members:
Tap the Invite button near the top of the screen.
You will be presented with two options:
Share Link: Share the invitation link via platforms like SMS, email, or messaging apps.
Copy Link: Copy the link and share it manually through your preferred method.
Recipient Action:
Once the recipient receives the link, they need to:
Click on the link.
Follow the prompts to download the RocketPlan app and sign up.
Confirmation:
After signing up, the new team member will automatically join the company account in RocketPlan.
Adding Crew Members to a Project
Go to the Project Home Screen:
Navigate to the specific project where you want to add crew members.
Access the Crew Folder:
Select the Crew Folder from the project home screen.
Add Crew Members to the Project:
Tap the Add Crew to Project button.
Choose from the list of available team members and add them to the project.
Collaboration:
Once added, the crew members can collaborate on the project by capturing field data and performing assigned tasks.
Key Notes:
Ensure the shared link is sent securely to prevent unauthorized access.
Encourage team members to regularly update the app for optimal functionality.
Use the Crew Folder to manage and monitor team activities efficiently within each project.
